Kind Words From Clients

Sarah is a mindfulness coach, meditation teacher, and longtime mindfulness practitioner with a background in clinical psychology, hypnotherapy, breath therapy, and compassionate communication training, along with more than three decades of supporting others through emotional growth and self awareness practices. Mindfulness became important when it became clear how easy it is to live from stress, emotional reactions, impatience, and the weight of the past rather than from the power of the present moment. Eleven years ago, Sarah began a deeper meditation and mindfulness practice within the New Kadampa Tradition, rooted in Mahayana Buddhist teachings and meditation. Through years of study, practice, and teaching, a calmer and more compassionate relationship with the mind gradually emerged. Learning how to observe thoughts rather than become consumed by them brought a renewed sense of peace, clarity, and emotional balance. Mindfulness became a way to slow down, respond with greater awareness, and move through life with more patience, compassion, and presence. For the past six and a half years, Sarah has also taught New Kadampa Buddhism, which continues to influence this work through mindfulness, compassion, and present moment awareness. Her sessions are designed to meet people wherever they are, without pushing any religious belief system.
